I learn by making something real.
I'm Luka van Maren, a UBC commerce student interested in the overlap between business judgment and AI-enabled building.
What I'm trying to learn
How to find a problem worth solving, turn tools into a dependable workflow, and understand whether anyone besides me values the result. Building software is part of that; product decisions and honest evidence matter just as much.
How I work
I use AI tools to research, prototype, and implement. I choose the problem and tradeoffs, review the result, and take responsibility for what I put in front of people. This site separates a working private project from something ready for public use.
Right now the most complete example is Health OS, a tool I built for my own daily use.
